INGREDIENTS

1 Del Fresco Pure®
Organic English Seedless Cucumber

1/4 cup sliced red onion

3 tbsp whipped cream cheese

1 tbsp capers

3oz smoked salmon

1⁄4 cup chopped dill

Juice of 1 lemon

1⁄4 cup chopped dill

Everything bagel seasoning

1/2 tsp MSG

Salt

DIRECTIONS

DIRECTIONS

Grab an entire cucumber and slice it thinly on a mandolin. Add the sliced cucumber to your deli container.

Add in a hefty dollop of cream cheese, sliced red onion, capers, and chopped smoked salmon.

Season with everything bagel seasoning, salt and pepper, and a pinch of MSG.

Pop the lid on your container and shake until everything is well-distributed.
